Gigs of the Week !

This week we're having only one gig. Final gigs from this year going on, only four more to go!
In case nothing weird happen and I find myself from some random gig ... But at the moment it look like that there's no interesting gigs after these.

Anyway! On friday 27.11. it's Bandit's 40th B-Day Party in On the Rocks, Helsinki!
Bands are : Vanity Ink (who do special reunion for this gig!), New Generation Superstars and Manzana.

Upcoming gigs in Finland !

There are lots of good gigs and tours coming up at this fall in Finland. Here's few of them! I haven't have time to update these or check if there are some other interesting gigs coming up too (probably is!!) but if you have some in your mind please share your info in comments. :)

Bring Me The Horizon in Tuska Open Air 2014

Entwine will start their comeback tour in Lahti at 10.10. They will also play a gig in Helsinki at 16.10. They have also lots of other gigs coming up around the Finland, check them out from their homepage!
In Flames will have their tour in Finland in october too, 13.10. is gig in Tampere and there were three other dates too. Unfortunately I can't make any of these!
Five Finger Death Punch and Papa Roach will bring their tour to Helsinki at 2.11. Can't make it either as I'm in London lol.
Bullet For My Valentine will play a show in Helsinki at 12.11.
Bring Me The Horizon will play a show in Helsinki at 16.11.
Apocalyptica will play a show in Helsinki at 21.11. but they have lots of other dates too in Finland and Europe! I really hope I can make this.
Bandit's 40th Bday party will be in Helsinki at 27.11. and there will play Vanity Ink, New Generation Superstars and Manzana !

There's also lots of interesting tours coming up in 2016 like Halestorm will come back to Finland for two gigs in february! Finally, haven't seen them in ages.
There's also tour dates released from Slipknot for Sweden and Russia in january / february 2016 so let's hope they will come play one in Finland too!

... And tha last gig was in Karjaa! In the middle of fucking nowhere, really :D

Of course there were really nice and crazy drive, more than we excepted, but it was also so sad - awesome three days, and everything goodness end so soon :(

Thank God there's no long time anymore, that I can see them (both bands, I hope so ;> ) soon, can't wait for Trash Fest!

I have photos only for NGS, again, I partied too much during the Vanity Ink gig, and the camera just stayed at my bag - and maybe it was a good thing.

From Helsinki we continued our way to Kouvola.
Thank God Mirva knew a nice chick (thanks Kati! Kisses!) from Kouvola, so we got a place to sleep and hang around before the gig. Don't know how good idea it was 'cause we were pretty wasted ... I still took some photos on the gig, and here are the best ones of them!

Kouvola rocked and there were a goood rock'n'roll party all night long!

Vanity Ink + New Generation Superstars * tour in Finland 2010 * / pt. 1., 28.10.2010, Semifinal, Helsinki

One of my favorite bands have a tour in Finland last year, in october.
So ; finnish rock'n'roll band Vanity Ink were the headliner for the tour, and with they played british New Generation Superstars!
Three towns, Helsinki, Kouvola and Karjaa! (Don't have any fucking idea why there were Karjaa ... it's in the middle of nowhere ... )

Anyways, I and my friends went to every three gig and it was one of the best weekends in my life at 2010 (even my wallet didn't like it at all ...)!
We love both bands, their music and the musicians - great, great people!
We have a great time with you guys and girls! You should do this kind of tour again ... ;D

I'm sorry for that I have only two photos from the Semifinal-gig, I focused more to party and enjoy the rock'n'roll (and I was quite drunk ... lol) !

Trash Fest ||| - lauantai/saturday 6.3.2010, Nosturi, HKI

Lauantaina oli vuorossa makeaa mahan täydeltä ; mm. Dope Stars Inc. sekä Mama Trash All Stars Band jossa tulisi soittamaan tämän vuoden Special Guest ; Deathstarsin Cat Casino!
(Tosiaan, Cat saapui paikalle jo perjantaina ja tulikin juteltua tovi jos toinenkin hänen kanssaan :) )
Taas vaihteeksi myöhästyttiin tyttöjen, minä, Emma ja Maiju, kanssa ja ei edes nähty Cold Cold Groundin loppua :(
Myöskin lauantaina piti esiintyä Gemini Five (SWE), mutta he peruuttivat ja heidät korvasi Spiritraiser, joka soittikin jo torstain Kick-Offeissa!

Lauantain esiintyjät olivat kuitenkin seuraavat / line-up for saturday :

At saturday was sooo mutch candy ; for example Dope Stars Inc. and Mama Trash All Stars Band, which gonna play this year Special Guest ; Cat Casino from Deathstars!

Once again we were at Nosturi so late that we can't see Cold Cold Ground, not even the last song :D :(
Saturday also should play Gemini Five (SWE) but they cancelled so Spiritraiser (they played already at Kick Off's, FIN) played their place.

NGS:stä tai Neon Synthesis:tä minulla ei ole YHTÄKÄÄN kuvaa, vaikka oltiin tottakai keikkoja katsomassa! Oli ihan älyttömän hyviä :)

Unfortunately my camera was all the time in the bag when NGS and Neon Synthesis played, I don't know why, even we check both gigs! But they both were so so so GOOD :)

So, first photos what I take that night was about Spiritraiser ..

Katsottiin keikka suht' edestä, nautittiin siitä ja pidettiin hauskaa = tanssittiin hillittömästi. Muutama kuva onneksi onnistui!

We check the gig quite front, enjoy the gig and have some fun (read : dance like maniacs XD) ! Luckily few photos was quite good .. :)

Seuraavana vuorossa oli sitten yksi omista suosikeistani ja odotetuinkin ehkäpä ; DOPE STARS INC. !!!

Viime kerrasta olikin aikaa, ja koska ihmisiä oli paljon katsomassa, päätettiin jäädä suosiolla taaemmas että oli tilaa tanssia ja riehua mukana!

Next one, and the final band, before All Stars, was DOPE STARS INC. !!! They are one of my top favorite, and there was quite mutch time when I saw them last time ...

People were quite mutch, so we stay quite far away - there was space to dance and get crazyy :D

Kunnon kuvaa ei ole uudesta rumpalista Mark MadHoneysta, mutta tässä hän näkyy joten kuten tuolla taustalla .. hän oli niin suloinen ja hyvä rumpali!

I'm sorry for that, I don't have any good photo about the new drummer Mark MadHoney, you can see him this photo (and couple photos before) on the backround, behind Victor. He was so sweet and good drummer!

Pakko sanoa että DSI:n keikka oli yksi parhaimmista, ellei parhain!
Setissä kuulin ainakin kaikki minun henk.koht. lemppari-biisit sekä soitettiin FAST AND BEAUTIFUL !!! Ilmeisesti Maman toivomuksesta ja hänelle sen omistivatkin. Meinasin kuolla onnesta :)

I have to say, that DSI:s gig one of the best, even the best gig at Trash Fest this year!

They play all of my favorite-songs and also FAST AND BEAUTIFUL !!! I guess it was Mama's wish and they also own that song for her, how sweet :)

Viimeisenä oli sitten vuorossa Mama Trash All Stars Band 2010, jossa soittavat ja laulavat kaikki Trash Festeillä esiintyneet.
Oli ihan huippua!
Toisaalta todella surullista koska siinä myös tajusi että nyt ovat tämän vuoden Trash Festit melkein lopussa .. :(

Finally it was time to Mama Trash All Stars Band 2010 ! Everyone who performed at Trash Fest sing or play cover songs.

It was AWESOME but also sad, because you realized that this year Trash Fest is now over .. :(

This weekend was definitely one of my besst weekends and gigs ever, I mean ever! These memories will NOT ever die, I'm so happy!
I have to thank one more time all of my lovely friends, bands and of course Mama who make this all true!

Ensimmäisenä oli siis vuorossa Deathstarsia mahan täydeltä ja nyt viime viikonloppuna oli jo joka vuotiseksi perinteeksi muodostunut TRASH FEST, tänä vuonna tapahtuma järjestettiin kolmannen kerran. Valitettavasti pari ehdotonta omaa suosikkiani oli joutunut peruuttamaan, MUTTA olihan siellä todella hyviä bändejä paikkaamassa!

Suosittelen jo heti kuuntelemaan seuraavia bändejä, näitä mm. esiintyi Trash Festeillä : New Generation Superstars, Baby Jane, Midnight Cowboys, Lord of the Lost etc ...
Kuunnelkaa, nauttikaa ... tämä tyttö jatkaa nyt lopputyön tekemistä. Palaillaan ihan pian, parin päivän päästä ;)
